About PLANT shipping costs:

If paying with a credit card, the cost to ship will be the actual shipping cost. If the package is heavy or oversized, shipping by ground is much more economical. We will know the exact cost only after we pack your order and weight the box. If you request an estimate -- we can usually make a very accurate guess.

Depending upon your location the actual cost to ship will be between 15% and 40% of the cost of the PLANT order.

About SEED shipping costs:

The shipping/handling cost for seed orders is $5 for up to 1 lb. -- and exact priority shipping if over that amount.

About shipping time:

Most plant and seed orders are shipped within 2 to 4 days of being received. In some rare instances seed orders may be delayed and shipping time could take up to 14 days. If shipped by priority mail transit time is around 2 to 4 days. If shipped by ground transit time is around 3 to 8 days. (Depending upon your location).

Shipping out of USA:

We cannot ship live plants out of USA.

SHIPPING POLICIES

Domestic USA Seed orders. Seed orders will be sent via first class mail with delivery confirmation. If buyer requests, we will send with insurance. ($2 extra)

Seed or plant orders over 8 oz. will be sent via priority mail or USPS ground with delivery confirmation.

International orders (Non USA).

Small order (under 6 oz and $100) will be shipped via first class with no insurance at $5 per order. (buyer may request insurance @ approx. $10 per order). If insurance is requested, seller will guarantee safe delivery of seeds. If insurance is not requested, Cactusstore.com shall not be responsible for shipments that are seized by customs or prohibited entry into your country or lost in the mail.

If inspected, Buyer agrees to pay all customs duties, VAT, and/or other taxes and fees that may be levied by your government. You are responsible for knowing and heeding any import regulations, prohibitions and restrictions which may apply. Phytosanitary certificates cannot be provided.

Privacy Policy

We will never rent, sell or share your personal data to anyone. We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order to complete that order. Our credit card processor receives the data necessary to process the financial aspect of your order. We may contact you by email regarding the status of your order. And we may contact you by phone, mail or email if we have questions regarding your order. We do not store your credit card number electronically and shred all data after order is processed.

Warranties

Phoenix Desert Nursery (the seller) warrants seed to be of the variety and quantity advertised. Seed is a live product which depends on many critical grower skills such as proper planting time, seed depth, type of soil, irrigation, proper use
of fertilizers, weed controls, fungicides, insecticides, disease free soil, and acceptable weather conditions during the growing period. Germination is affected by such factors as temperature, moisture content, light intensity and contamination of planting media. These factors are totally out of the seller's control and are the buyer's responsibility and risk. Consequently, the seller cannot unconditionally guarantee seed to  perform properly regardless of conditions or the buyer's methods or mistakes. We would be interested to hear back regards to germination rates. Please email us with good or bad news, we want to know your results.
